**Job Title: Solar Installer** **Job Description** Join our team as a Solar Installer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting commercial roof mount projects. Your primary responsibilities will involve trenching, moving materials on the job site, and installing solar panels on rooftops. This position is perfect for someone with solar experience, especially in residential settings, who can work independently and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Perform trenching and move materials on the job site for solar installations. + Install solar panels on rooftops, ensuring safety and efficiency. + Support the project by working on racking, layout, and DC installation, including wiring and conduit work. + Utilize fall protection measures and ensure safety compliance at all times. **Essential Skills** + Experience with rooftop solar installations. + Fall protection training. + Ability to work independently without the need for additional training. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in residential solar installations. + Proficiency in trenching and rooftop installations. + Having personal protective equipment (PPE) and a harness is advantageous. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fresno, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
