They are used to provide corrections to GNSS/GPS enabling cm accuracy for projects in construction, agriculture, transportation, and a growing number of applications. Position Overview

We are looking for a metrics-driven Social Media Manager to own and manage GEODNET’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including Discord, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram . This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, highly organized, and deeply committed to community growth and engagement through measurable outcomes . You will work closely with our marketing, community, and leadership teams to develop content strategies, foster community participation, manage posting schedules, and monitor engagement performance using KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow GEODNET’s official accounts on Discord, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars and posting strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and post engaging, high-quality content including text posts, short videos, memes, updates, AMAs, and product announcements.
  • Monitor community conversations ; proactively respond to comments, questions, and issues to build trust and loyalty.
  • Analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics across all platforms (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, community sentiment).
  • Experiment and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics — propose new ideas for increasing reach, engagement, and retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for key announcements, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Monitor crypto/Web3 trends and best practices to keep GEODNET’s social media strategy fresh and competitive.
  • Moderate Discord and Telegram to keep channels clean, safe, and on-brand.
  • Work with graphic designers and video editors (if needed) to bring campaign ideas to life.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media channels for a technology, Web3, or fast-paced startup brand.
  • Strong track record of growing and engaging online communities , with a focus on metrics .
  • Experience with social media management tool. Familiar with Hootsuite and analytics platforms (e.g., native insights, Google Analytics, Discord bots).
  • Familiarity with Discord , Telegram , and crypto/Web3 community culture.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinker: Able to track, measure, and optimize based on clear KPIs .
  • Passion for innovation, decentralization, blockchain technology, or next-gen infrastructure is a plus.
