JSG is looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to join their client’s team on-site in Woodland Hills, CA, on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, development, and operational effectiveness of our Salesforce.com environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead project teams to gather insights, design tailored solutions and implement configurations on Salesforce.
- Oversee and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap, aligning all initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Serve as Project Manager for Sales Cloud enhancement and maintenance projects, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
- Develop and manage a detailed list of enhancements and issues, prioritizing based on their business impact.
- Handle daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce database.
- Optimize platform functionalities, including Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, custom settings, and user interfaces.
- Promote Salesforce user adoption by using adoption dashboards and developing strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Address immediate issues and troubleshoot to provide timely solutions or necessary user training.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce tools, features, and updates to maintain business excellence through technology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and related CRM technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in Revenue Operations such as Sales, Marketing, or as an IT business partner.
- Skilled at conducting discovery workshops, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
- Preferably certified as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with project stakeholders and team members.
- Proactive in enhancing business and consulting skills.
- Self-directed and capable of working independently.
