Director of Operations (High-End Residential Construction)

$250,000 (Total Compensation $280,000+) + Progression towards CEO + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package

The company has recently expanded into South Florida and aims to grow the region rapidly into a highly profitable division. Due to this expansion, they are looking to recruit a Director of Operations to lead the growth and management of the Florida division.

In this role, you’ll be based in Miami or the surrounding South Florida area, and you will be responsible for managing the entire P&L of the division. Initially, your focus will include business development and estimating, securing new projects, meeting with clients, overseeing field teams, and driving business growth.
