Position Purpose

The Junior HR Business Partner will support HR initiatives including but not limited to compliance, employee relations, recruitment and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management : Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counselling, and career development support.
  • Employee Relations : Manage employee relations matters, offering guidance on resolving workplace issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Recruitment Support : Assist in recruitment activities, including resume screening and participating in interviews to select suitable candidates.
  • HR Initiatives : Collaborate with managers to implement HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to mitigate risks for the organization.
  • Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics, fostering understanding and compliance with HR practices.
  • Data Management : Work with HR Manager to maintain accurate HR data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : Some experience in HR or a related field
  • Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
