Position Overview

Location : San Francisco Bay Area

Compensation : $150,000 - $190,000

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Team Size : Lead 12 skilled technical specialists

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Transform daily laboratory operations by optimizing workflows and ensuring exceptional quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of 12 technical specialists, fostering professional growth and excellence.
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance across all healthcare standards and accrediting bodies.
• Streamline inventory management and supply chain processes for maximum efficiency.

Business Partnership

• Collaborate on budget development and strategic resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and external partners.

What You Bring

Essential Requirements

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Generalist License (Non-negotiable).
• Bachelor's degree in biological science, chemistry, medical technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on clinical laboratory experience.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and driving results.
