Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This position is located in Bernards, New Jersey.

Duties:

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly warehouse operations reports
  • Support the creation and distribution of KPI Metric Reports and other ad-hoc reporting necessary to ensure warehouse locations are meeting contractual requirements
  • Align back order plan with pending inbound to determine available inventory
  • Plan back order drop based on analysis of on-hand inventory/expected inventory
  • Communicate drop plan with the locations
  • Pull various reports from SAP to generate reporting
  • Partner with on-site DC managers daily and communicate back order drop plans, ad-hoc order drops and any other non-BAU changes in forecast
  • Manage order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are held as expected
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when identified

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • Proficiency in SAP for supply chain or logistics operations
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Google Forms for data tracking and reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience in Third-Party Logistics management
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $25.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
