Job Description

Job:

1. Responsible for the on-site operation in the warehouse, including: responsible for the in-warehouse order management and behavior supervision of incoming/outgoing goods, sorting workers/laborers, and the driver's field order management, abnormal order handling, WMS system operation, returning parts handover and on-site sorting arrangement;

2. Responsible for supervising and reasonably managing the sorting work of the sorting workers in the warehouse to ensure the effective and prepared sorting of the goods;

3. Responsible for planning and managing the work schedule of the warehouse personnel according to the cargo volume, ensuring that the personnel meet the demand of cargo sorting, ensuring the normal entry and exit of goods, rationalizing personnel allocation and controlling labor costs;

4. Be responsible for supervising and managing the on-site pickup/return of goods of the motorcade, ensuring the standardization and accuracy of the pickup of goods by drivers, and handling the abnormal parts of drivers, etc.

5. Be responsible for the arrangement and monitoring of trunk transfer vehicles to ensure the safe and timely handover of goods in the warehouse;

6. Be responsible for the clean, professional and safe working environment in the warehouse, ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and ensure that the equipment and facilities in the warehouse are properly recorded and in normal and safe operation;

7. Patrol and clean the warehouse at the beginning and end of the work to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the clean and tidy environment in the warehouse; 8. Quality and delivery: responsible for the effective sorting of warehouse goods, ensuring the accuracy of delivery, inventory accuracy and delivery timeliness;

9. Assist the warehouse manager to deal with possible emergencies on duty and other work instructions arranged by superiors.

Requirements:

1. American PR/Citizen

2. One to three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment;

3. Can drive a forklift and hold legal documents;

4. Good computer skills, proficient in using Outlook, Excel and ERP storage system.

5. Flexible time, able to work overtime or shift as needed, and can accept working on weekends;

6. Can say Spain is required ;
