Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for the team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Maintain and update client databases and records

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Knowledge of sports industry is a plus
