Outpatient : Clinicians in outpatient settingsare responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, andtreatment of clients and families in their care. Serving adults, children,and youth, the mental health outpatient services include such programs as Jailto Work, Integrated Services Team (IST or therapy in a clinic), School-BasedServices and more.

Base salary ranges from $43,426 and up annually depending onposition, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Caseload andfrequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, andpopulation served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-callexpectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salarysubstantially.

CrisisServices : Clinicians in CrisisServices are responsible for the assessment,diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients, providing crisisintervention as necessary, and assisting with aftercare resources. Clinicians can expect to work in thecommunity at times and within facilities.

Basesalary ranges from $51,495 and up depending on experience, education, andclinical license. Shift differential is paid for 4p-12a and 12a-8a shifts.
