GUT-CHECK / SUMMARY : We're looking for a full-time key-holder with retail experience and a desire to develop a long-term career. Depending on experience, this opportunity could be for a Team Leader or an Assistant Manager position. You're a smart, high-energy, positive-minded pet lover. Maybe your skills have gone unnoticed at Petco or PFE, and you think you'd be a better fit at a smaller store more intensely focused on helping pets and their owners. Or maybe you're currently under-appreciated in a larger corporate retail environment and would like to have more of an impact on your store. We'll train you about the pet world and our role in it. We're planning to hire two Team Leaders (Key-Holder).
You are applying to our Novato store. Interviews and Basic Training also take place in our Novato store. After training, most of your shifts will be in your Home Store, but you will get to work in all 4 locations (San Rafael, Greenbrae, Mill Valley, and Novato).

This position it typically full-time (5 days and 35 to 40 hours per week). However, for the right person, we are open to the possibility of starting out part-time and moving to full-time. As a retail store, everyone is expected to be able to work during the day, evenings, and weekends. We have four locations, and you will be scheduled to work in all four stores. Some time after your initial training, you will be assigned a "home store."
