About the Role

You’ll work on high-performance hardware and operating system agnostic systems that allow developers to build powerful, dynamic AI-augmented workflows with self-improvement capabilities. As a Staff C++ Engineer at Inworld AI, you'll also embrace cross-platform, cross-architecture, and cross-device compilation as you shape the future of technology.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working on C++ related projects
  • Experience working in senior level role on Software Engineering projects
  • Strong fundamentals in the data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
  • Proficiency with C++ build systems like CMake

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with game engines like Unreal or Unity
  • Building software across multiple platforms: Android/IOS/Consoles
  • Experience running AI models on device and cloud
  • Experience developing SDKs or tools

Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site at our Mountain View office a few days a week).

The United States base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $220,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
