Job Description:
Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the Service Department, including HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance while managing a team of technicians and office staff and ensuring high quality service delivery.
This role involves leading, developing, and training the service staff, managing project costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the positions handles customer interactions, performs sales activities, provides estimates and technical support, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Scope of work includes:
