Job Description

Untitled Entertainment is looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Los Angeles office. This person will ensure the workplace runs efficiently, supports our creative teams, and reflects our company’s professional and collaborative culture.

The Operations Manager will oversee one direct report and work closely with leadership, Finance, IT, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing operations in the entertainment industry, representation preferred, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building systems that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Location: Los Angeles Office, 5 days a week on-site.

Salary: $100,000/year - $150,000/year and eligible for discretionary bonus.

What you will do:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, efficient, and engaging workplace environment.
  • Design and implement operational processes and workstreams that enhance productivity and scale with company growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships (building management, custodial, catering, parking, security, and maintenance).
  • Oversee office maintenance, improvements, space planning, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain physical security systems, key/fob access, and equipment inventory.
  • Partner with Finance on budgets, expense tracking, and vendor contracts.
  • Serve as the main liaison between staff and external IT vendors for troubleshooting, hardware/software management, and system setup.
  • Oversee inventory of tech equipment and coordinate with IT consultants on system updates, purchases, and user access.
  • Oversee planning and execute company events, screenings, and team gatherings in partnership with HR.
  • Oversee coordination of logistics, catering, and vendor support for internal and external company functions.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report who supports day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.
  • Foster strong communication, collaboration, and accountability across teams and vendors.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in office or operations management, in entertainment. Representation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required at a minimum, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing vendors, budgets, and staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing new operational systems and scalable processes.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable partnering with IT vendors and systems.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and safeguard confidential information. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing, high pressure environment.
  • Exceptional service and support across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with C-level executives, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and clear communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week in our Los Angeles office.
