This is a key leadership role responsible for regulatory strategy implementation and compliance across the Americas for VidaCorp's beauty portfolio—including MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and Makeup Cartel Brands. The Senior Regulatory Manager will drive registration and post-market compliance, working across US, Canadian, and Latin American markets (including Brazil and Mexico). They will ensure that new product development, packaging, labelling, and launch activities align with all relevant regulatory requirements, while supporting VidaCorp’s growth objectives in these regions.

The role leads a high-performing regulatory team and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure efficient market access and life cycle management for cosmetics and personal care products.

Regulatory (90%)

  • Lead the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for our personal care products.
  • Navigate all US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico markets and ensure our products and packaging comply with all regulations.
  • Manage and build out the regulatory aspects of product development for launch, and post-market activities, including product registration, notification and reporting into Latin American markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as regulatory authorities, industry associations and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations, company policies/standards, and best practices.
  • Network internally to source data in a way that is conducive in other markets and accurately network development strategies.

Personal & Professional Development (5%)

  • Participating in personal and professional development and training sessions, mandatory or otherwise.
  • Updating knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrating and articulating knowledge of the relevant customer and industry landscapes and competitive environment.
  • Keep current on relevant matters including company business, policy and procedures.

Internal Compliance & Workplace Health & Safety (5%)

  • Comply with the DBG Health, Safety and Wellbeing policy, amongst others. Follow procedures, standard operating practices and systems.
  • Demonstrate a conscious and conscientious approach towards workplace health and safety, taking reasonable care for own and others health and safety.
  • Identify hazards and incidents in the workplace and if not immediately controllable, report and inform hazards and incidents in accordance with policy to relevant persons and management.
  • When at head office, regional or customer sites, abide by the internal rules and safety procedures in the environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects from ideation through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills – internal & external (written, verbal & presentation).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to foster positive internal and external relationships

Experience

  • Ideally 7-10+ years of experience in a beauty / FMCG company.
  • Proven and demonstrable record of working with LatAm markets.
  • Pre-existing knowledge of agencies and stakeholders in global markets (Mexico, Brazil, Australia, China, and Korea).
  • Knowledge of FDA, MoCRA and equivalents across Canada & LatAm
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with launching product portfolios in international markets.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in a related field.
