Join Haigen AI as Senior Global AI Product Manager

Haigen is on a mission to revolutionize the world by leveraging our AI ecosystem. Our proprietary platform serves complex and highly regulated industries like healthcare, financial services, consumer experience, and mobility.

We're looking for a Senior Global AI Product Manager to help shape this future with us.

Why join us

Haigen AI is pioneering the next generation of enterprise decision-making through responsible AI. We're building an intelligent platform that helps healthcare, life sciences, banking, and other companies understand and act on their operations like never before. We're turning complexity into clarity with real-time insights, conversational AI, and automation that inspire trust and efficiency.

Our mission is bold: to empower organizations to build the future with human-aware, compliance-ready AI, capable of solving the correct problems at scale. You'll join a world-class team of builders, researchers, and operators who care deeply about performance and purpose. At Haigen, you'll be free to think beyond the product and help shape the future of work and care.

Product at Haigen

The product team at Haigen is at the core of the company's DNA. We sit at the intersection of deep technology, high-stakes industries, and critical user needs. We translate signals into strategy, create intuitive and powerful user experiences, and build platforms that scale across industries and verticals. Working closely with engineering, design, science, compliance, and business stakeholders, we ship AI products that matter fast, are secure, and are always grounded in real-world outcomes.

What you do

As a Senior Global Product Manager at Haigen AI, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of core platform capabilities from data orchestration and workflow automation to the conversational AI interface that powers our unique "intelligence layer." You will partner with cross-functional teams to define products that blend usability and rigor, and you'll be accountable for driving customer impact in highly complex, regulated environments.

Lead our AI platform's global roadmap and product strategy, balancing user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, marketing, and clients in Brazil, the US, and beyond.

Translate insights from enterprise clients into scalable features across health, CX, fintech, and auto verticals.

Where you'll work

This is a remote-friendly role, with preference for candidates based in the US or Brazil. We have a flexible work culture but expect a strong sense of ownership, availability across time zones when needed, and the ability to deeply engage with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more core platform domains (e.g., AI interface, compliance engine, operational insights, etc.)
  • Drive deep discovery with enterprise users and translate complex needs into elegant, scalable features.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to define requirements, prototype, test, and iterate quickly.y
  • Align stakeholders across Compliance, Customer Success, Sales, and Data Science on product direction and impact.
  • Define and track key success metrics and ensure accountability for outcomes over outputs.
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally, communicating the "why" as clearly as the "what"

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English + Portuguese or Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or regulated domains (e.g., healthtech, fintech)
  • Strong analytical thinking, with fluency in using data to inform trade-offs (basic SQL or analytics tool proficiency preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Deep understanding of user experience, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and build trust across cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable presenting to C-level executives and client partners
  • Systems thinker with an ability to balance short-term MVPs with long-term platform vision
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and bringing zero-to-one products to market is a plus

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000 USD , with adjustments based on location, experience, and alignment with Haigen's compensation philosophy. Equity grants are available as part of a total compensation package and benefits tailored to remote-first teams and global flexibility.

A front-row seat in one of the most human-driven AI companies on the planet.

Work closely with world-class teams in Palo Alto, São Paulo, and remotely.

A culture that respects bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and people who challenge gravity daily.

Freedom to do your life's best work, from wherever you are.
