A fast-growing life sciences consultancy is hiring a Senior Consultant - Pricing & Market Access to join its U.S. team, with flexibility to be based in either New York or Massachusetts. This is a chance to help shape pricing and access strategies for some of the most innovative therapies in development-particularly in specialty areas like oncology and rare disease.
You'll work directly with biopharma clients to address complex commercial challenges, delivering insights that support decision-making from early-stage development through to launch and beyond.

Your role as Senior Consultant - Pricing & Market Access
Support and lead key workstreams across consulting projects focused on pricing, reimbursement, and market access
Conduct detailed analysis of both primary and secondary data to uncover strategic insights
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
Develop high-quality client deliverables and contribute to presentations and workshop sessions
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
Help advance internal expertise in areas such as payer strategy, access trends, and healthcare system dynamics
Experience and qualifications for the Senior Consultant - Pricing & Market Access role
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape, particularly in access-related functions
Prior experience in areas such as pricing analytics, contracting, payer or provider dynamics, or patient support strategy
2+ years of consulting experience with an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, MS), or 3+ years with a bachelor's degree
Alternatively, 3+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant role within the life sciences industry
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
