Job Title: Real Estate Office Manager

Location: Austin, TX – Onsite

Compensation: $80,000 per year (Base + Commission) -- more with tenure

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Company Overview:

We are a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and farm & ranch properties. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Office Manager to oversee office operations and support our team of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agents and hold them accountable to maintain production levels
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
• Support agent performance and productivity through communication and guidance
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and termination of agents as needed
• Maintain team accountability to ensure goals and deadlines are met
• Guide agents in building and maintaining databases, securing listings, and working effectively with buyers
• Contribute to the company’s social media presence and marketing initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Marketing background
• Real estate license required
• Experience with social media and advertising
• 2–3 years in an office environment
• Comfortable leading and motivating agents
