Location: Farmingdale, NY

Pay: $19–$20/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Division: Builder/Wholesale

Key Responsibilities:

• Support outside Sales Managers by setting up new customer accounts and preparing product spreadsheets.
• Accurately enter and manage orders through the internal point-of-sale system, ensuring timely delivery.
• Order appliances for construction projects and coordinate delivery logistics to job sites.
• Maintain project schedules and assist in resolving delays or other issues.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status through clear and timely reporting.
• Ensure seamless execution of projects by managing workflow, scheduling, and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re great at building relationships.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in customer service and data entry is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
