Job Description

We’re looking for a Production Scheduler with experience in food manufacturing to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance planning with real-time adjustments on the production floor.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules across multiple production rooms.
• Coordinate manufacturing and WIP (Work in Progress) components to meet customer and production needs.
• Create purchase orders with suppliers to align with production schedules and inventory goals.
• Generate and distribute shop orders through the IFS ERP system and monitor completion and efficiency post-production.
• Track and adjust inventory levels daily to ensure accurate data and prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Procurement, QA, and Operations to manage supply issues and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent production flow, supplier compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment and at least 2 years in a production scheduling or planning role.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred).
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
• Clear communicator and proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
