The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Foreman to lead our field teams on large-scale commercial and multifamily roofing projects.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of roofing systems, exceptional communication skills, and a leadership mindset.

You’ll ensure every job meets ARC’s high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency while mentoring the next generation of skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead roofing crews in daily operations for large-scale production department.

· Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, including fall protection and OSHA requirements.

· Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment to maintain project timelines and budgets.

· Conduct daily jobsite meetings and communicate clearly with team members and management.

· Inspect workmanship to verify adherence to manufacturer specifications and ARC quality standards.

· Train, coach, and evaluate technicians to promote skill development and accountability.

· Maintain professionalism and communication when interacting with clients, inspectors, and vendors.

· Understand how to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

· Keep track of field crew employees’ time and daily performance.

· Perform installation duties when necessary to support project progress.

· Solve field application problems with minimal supervision.

· Deliver quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

· Ensure roofs are watertight at the end of every day.

· Complete daily reports accurately and promptly.

· Operate vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.

· Proficiency in TPO/PVC, EPDM, shingles, tile, and metal roofing systems.

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Commitment to safety and ability to enforce company and OSHA protocols.

· CPR / First Aid and Fall Protection certifications (or willingness to complete within 30 days).

· Lift / Lull training and ability to read and interpret project plans and measurements.

· Valid driver’s license with no DUIs or major violations in the past 7 years.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

· NRCA Pro Certification – Foreman or Installer.

· Manufacturer-specific certifications (GAF, Carlisle, Firestone, Johns Manville, etc.).

· NRCA TRAC Program completions (TPO, EPDM, Metal, Tile).

· Experience managing service documentation and timecards through Terial or similar platforms.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
