PRODUCER - PHLY Sports, ALLCITY Network

ALLCITY Network, a dynamic digital sports network operating across multiple cities in the United States, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Producer based in Philadelphia. We believe that sports should be covered creatively, authentically and with the same passion of those we serve. 

This position would require technical knowledge of audio and video equipment and platforms that are utilized in livestream and pre-produced digital spaces. This position combines livestream production with content creation to enhance audience engagement and brand presence. The ideal candidate is one who is comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite and forms of live-stream production. Day-to-day processes include setting up the studio, camera operating, technical directing, creating graphics, producing shows live on YouTube and various audio platforms, and editing pre and post show promotional material like show clips and YT shorts.

As a Producer, you will be a member of an all star squad playing a crucial role in our production team. This position is for those who are looking to build on their early experience in the sports media industry and grow from role player to key member of a team. Your work will revolve around Philly sports, primarily the Philadelphia Eagles, so being interested in that is crucial. This is a full-time position.

Candidates are encouraged to send in examples of their production portfolio: camera, editing, etc.

Minimum requirements: 

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the creative production field
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of video equipment and shooting standards
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Understanding of live production workflows and the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands
• Familiarity with editing in different video formats and being able to quickly convert clips
• Knowledge and understanding of social media
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to conceptualize content from inception to completion
• Passion for sports and a deep interest in ALLCITY Network’s mission and content

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with talent and the production team to produce live-streamed content for a specific beat
• Communicate with assigned beat to help plan show and facilitate content
• Keep up with trends and have deep understanding of SEO and youtube analytics
• Experiment with new ideas to reach a wider audience
• Create content and help others create by editing videos and producing graphics in the Adobe Suite
• Help ideate new content and bring ideas to life
• Help build and be a part of the community PHLY has created within Philadelphia sports
• Engage with the PHLY Diehards in our members-only discord

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000

Schedule: Five days per week and potentially on-call for major sporting events
