Role Description

As our Payroll and Benefits Manager, you'll be the architect of a seamless, compliant, and employee-centric payroll and benefits experience. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you'll lead the charge in transitioning to a new payroll and benefits platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Payroll and Benefits function - ensure accurate, on-time bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Design and execute compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
• Act as the go-to expert for payroll and benefits for the organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, HR, or Business) or equivalent work experience is required.
• 7+ years of payroll experience (Paycom is preferred) to include experience with at least one payroll implementation, is required. Experience transitioning from a PEO to in-house payroll/benefits is preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is highly desired.
• 3+ years of benefit administration experience is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
