Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones, greet guests, and manage front desk operations
  • Order supplies and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting workspace
  • Assist with light accounting tasks and data entry in internal systems
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and operations
  • Help cultivate a positive employee experience through thoughtful support and logistics
  • Support internal HR initiatives as needed

Systems Used:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Internal systems for HR and accounting
  • Basic technical troubleshooting tools
