This role is in office daily in west Fort Worth.

Position Summary:

The Office Coordinator will play a key administrative role in supporting daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and internal team members. While some light bookkeeping may be involved, the focus of this role is administrative coordination and customer service.

Roofing Office Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and office visitors
  • Manage scheduling for roofing inspections, jobs, and team appointments
  • Coordinate with vendors to order materials and office supplies
  • Maintain organized filing systems for job records, contracts, and employee documents
  • Provide administrative support to management and field crews as needed
  • Track and input job information into project management systems or spreadsheets
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with preparing job packets, permits, and related documentation
  • Act as a liaison with insurance companies by coordinating documentation, facilitating communication between adjusters and project managers, and ensuring timely submission of required paperwork for roofing claims
  • Support basic bookkeeping functions such as invoice processing and expense tracking
  • Ensure the office is tidy, stocked, and running efficiently

Roofing Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or receptionist role
  • Roofing, construction, or trades industry experience a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
