Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Business Systems Specialist, you will work closely with our cross functional teams located across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and implementing comprehensive solutions within our ERP system to support our business model and objectives. Utilizing EDI and API solutions, you'll work with all departments across the company to ensure accuracy of information. Your deep understanding of our systems and technology will enable you to assist with operational efficiencies, scalability and end-user satisfaction.

Day to Day:

• Manage company ERP, EDI and API Maps to ensure accurate data, systems functioning, and system improvements.
• Monitor ERP tickets and EDI transactions, identifying errors or discrepancies, and troubleshooting issues to ensure system accuracy and functioning.
• Assist in managing ERP, EDI and API integration projects including implementation and enhancements.
• Manage and prioritize open requests, develop a priority system, and maintain reporting on all open requests.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ERP (NetSuite), EDI and API on all transactions/modules relating to sales, operations, and distribution.
• Work cross functionally to gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze and systematically improve company data leading to process and performance improvement.
• Provide support and training to end users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Prior CRM, ERP, EDI and API experience required
• Experience with EDI mapping tools and technologies
• Experience working with API integrations and web services
• Prior NetSuite experience preferred
• Prior experience with SQL or PowerBI a plus

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of EDI standards (e.g, ANSI x12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP)
• Strong analytical skills including data entry, reporting and creative problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence others
• Detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in troubleshooting EDI transactions and resolving issues on time
• Ability to travel if needed
