A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level Trademark Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This role offers a dynamic blend of trademark prosecution, enforcement, and compliance advisory for top-tier global brands.

• Conduct trademark clearance and manage domestic/international prosecution
• Advise on advertising regulations, including FTC compliance reviews
• Represent clients in TTAB proceedings
• Handle federal litigation for trademark infringement and false advertising

Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of focused experience in trademark/IP law
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction
• In-depth experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, and brand enforcement
• Understanding of advertising and marketing law compliance

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience working with clients in software, restaurants, life sciences, or consumer packaged goods sectors
