Job Description

As a Member Contribution Specialist, you'll be responsible for applying and auditing members monthly contributions (payments) and donations to the ministry. You will be the point of contact for members and other various CHM departments for billing and payment related questions and inquires.

Essential Functions and Skills

• Daily use of various software platforms to post and monitor member's monthly payments, donations, overshare payments and/or Personal Responsibility payments.
• Have a thorough understanding of billing and payment processes for the ministry.
• Processing credit cards, ACH and check payments.
• Ability to use or learn Excel at a basic level.
• Able to troubleshoot issues that arise.
• Assist CHM departments via e-mail, phone and/or Teams communications.
• Multitask and maintain a strong attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate with the members, team members, CHM leadership and various departments.
• Respond to member inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone and/or email interaction.
• Respond to all correspondences and requests in a timely manner.
• Identify and escalate issues to Supervisor.
• Make recommendations on areas of improvement to the Supervisor.
• Ensure daily productivity is met.
• Participate in Member Contribution projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or successful completion of high school equivalency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient PC operating routine office equipment.
• Ability to learn and understand billing and payment systems and functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient or able to learn 10-keyquickly.
