Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to support our client onsite in Boca Raton. They are a fast-growing distributor within the regenerative medicine space, known for their innovative solutions and high-performance culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with doctors and clinics, helping them bring marketing initiatives to life while ensuring projects stay organized and on track. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of organizational, creative, and analytical skills, with a background in marketing support, content coordination, or project administration. The Marketing Coordinator will act as a facilitator between clients and internal teams, helping to execute marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for doctors/clients to intake marketing requests, clarify needs, and coordinate next steps.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that support client visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate the creation of content and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage updates and content on the company's website (WordPress).
  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media activity, and basic reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Conduct light market research and assist in analyzing trends to inform recommendations for clients.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, client communications, project timelines, and marketing files.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client activity, project notes, and campaign progress.
  • Anticipate client needs, recommend next steps, and help ensure marketing initiatives are carried out successfully.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or an administrative role (experience in healthcare or medical marketing a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with WordPress, social media, or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with light creative/marketing support tasks.
