Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our Founder/CEO and Marketing Director to bring our brand story to life across email marketing, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll play an essential part in shaping our digital presence while ensuring every piece of content reflects our luxury, clean beauty ethos.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with leadership to ideate, develop, and execute content that aligns with brand goals — all content will be reviewed and approved before publishing.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to create bi-weekly social media plans that drive engagement and visibility.
• Write compelling captions, plan cohesive social aesthetics, and schedule/post content (including Stories and Reels) to maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Assist with photoshoots, events, and creative production — including our photoshoots — from vision boards and concepts to on-set support and brand alignment.
• Contribute fresh ideas during strategy meetings, supporting both day-to-day execution and long-term growth initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, aesthetic, and product offerings to create authentic, on-brand storytelling.

Who You Are:

• A strong social media skillset with strong editing skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Passionate about clean beauty, luxury branding, and social media trends.

Must Have:

• 1 year of experience in content creation with a brand
