Design Resources Group Architects, AIA, Inc. (DRG Architects) is looking for a  Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our Somerset, NJ marketing team. The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for designing and preparing proposals, presentations, and digital and print marketing collateral. This individual will work with senior staff, including our firm’s principals, and will report to the Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit responses to Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q);

· Create and manage all marketing materials, including project sheets, staff resumes, brochures, presentations, project photos, etc.;

· Work with leadership to develop strategies for successful proposals and presentations, hands-on planning and development of client-specific responses to RFPs, and interview preparation;

· Design graphics for internal communications, presentations with clients, or public-facing campaigns;

· Assist with the development and maintenance of DRG Architects’ online presence, including firm website (WordPress/Avada) and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube);

· Participate in strategic planning and business development meetings;

· Organize and orchestrate photoshoots with clients and photographers; and

· Coordinate and produce award submissions

Ideal candidates will have:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field;

· Strong sense of graphics and an interest in developing content that is both informative and resonant;

· Writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills;

· Microsoft Office Suite expertise: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

· Adobe Creative Suite expertise: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop;

· Social Media posting experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube);

· Excellent communication, organizational, and inter-personal skills;

· Ability to collaborate in a team environment; and

· Self-driven and able to execute multiple projects from start to finish

 

Experience:

· Starting position for recent graduate, will provide training.
