Now, we’re hiring a Lead UX Designer to define and drive our user experience strategy across guest- and team-facing platforms.

Your Impact

  • Lead user research, journey mapping, and persona development to uncover insights across multiple user types
  • Translate complex workflows into elegant UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Define and maintain Vacatia’s evolving design system and UI patterns for consistency and scale
  • Conduct usability testing to validate ideas and inform continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to deliver user-centered solutions
  • Champion UX best practices and mentor junior designers to elevate design maturity
  • Balance multiple priorities while upholding high standards for clarity, inclusivity, and user empathy

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of UX design experience, ideally in eCommerce and travel
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and user research
  • Expertise with Figma, prototyping tools, and responsive/mobile-first design
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards, UX analytics tools, and design systems
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-enhanced UX, personalization engines, or internal/admin dashboards
