IP Litigation Paralegal

Hybrid

Los Angeles or San Diego

Our client, a prominent AmLaw firm with a nationwide presence, is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join its Los Angeles or San Diego office. Key Responsibilities of the IP Litigation Paralegal:

  • Support all phases of ITC investigations—from pre-complaint due diligence through post-hearing briefings and final determinations
  • Oversee large-scale discovery, including document collection, review, and production
  • Handle filings via the ITC’s Electronic Document Information System (EDIS)
  • Prepare and manage filings in both state and federal courts, including e-filings
  • Coordinate directly with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors
  • Provide on-site trial support and prepare hearing exhibits and witness kits

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years of experience as an IP Litigation Paralegal , including experience with ITC proceedings
  • Proficiency in IPR filings , PTAB filings , and using the USPTO website
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally
  • Must meet the definition of a Paralegal under California law
