FusionSite Services is seeking an experienced Integrations Specialist to lead the implementation and adoption of new technologies, specifically on the TRUX platform.

The Integrations Specialist will be responsible for evaluating performance metrics and driving operational workflows. Leveraging deep operational expertise in the waste management sector, including experience in roles such as Operations supervisor, dispatching, accounts receivable (AR), [customer service,] and driving, the Integrations Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced, hands-on support.

This role will ensure optimal proficiency in operational execution during go-live and post-deployment phases. In addition to technical implementations, the focus will extend to refining operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Roll out learning modules to ensure continuous support and easy access for new hires post-deployment.
• Lead in-depth sessions on TRUX, dispatch operations, and any other relevant systems/processes.
• Provide guidance tailored to real-world needs to enhance communication and decision-making skills.
• Assess team members adoption and proficiency during and after implementation, offering feedback and reports to management and key stakeholders.
• Design and prepare all necessary materials for each deployment program, ensuring relevance to user roles.
• Actively support and motivate team members as they integrate new systems and processes into their day-to-day dispatching activities.
• Ability to travel up to 40% - 60% to implementation locations.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience managing and/or supporting system implementations, preferably TRUX, in the toilets, dumpster, or similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting geographically diverse, multi-unit business model.
• A suitable workspace for delivering virtual support sessions from home.

Skills & Experience

• Strong ability to develop practical implementation materials, including user guides, process documentation, and quick reference sheets tailored to dispatch operations.
• Expertise in supporting systems implementations for TRUX and related platforms, coupled with training focused on dispatch and field operations.
• Ability to adjust support techniques based on various learning styles, ensuring all participants can effectively adopt new tools.
