Job Title: Computer Client Support Analyst (Tier 1)/ IT Help Desk Support/Technical Support
Location: 2740 Gateway Oaks, Sacramento, CA 95833
Duration: 12 Months | Rate: $21/hr on W2
Schedule: Mon–Fri, Start between 6:00–9:30 AM (Shifts TBD)
Work Model: Onsite initially; Hybrid after 3–6 months based on performance
Typing Speed Required: 35+ WPM (Typing test must be submitted)
Job Summary:
PG&E is seeking motivated Tier 1 Help Desk Analysts to provide remote technical support for end users. Analysts will troubleshoot issues with Microsoft applications, iOS devices, networks, printers, and general IT support tools. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
