Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an HR Specialist to join their team in Plantation, FL. If you are a results-oriented individual who excels in quickly assessing core issues, operates with efficiency, and exemplifies high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, you will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be meticulously detail-oriented. Key responsibilities include:
• Auditing timesheets and pay-related data, and entering or updating team member records in HR systems.
• Processing retro pay adjustments as applicable.
• Responding to and resolving pay inquiries in a timely manner.
• Providing support for the Fulfillment Center (FC) attendance management process.
• Completing ServiceNow cases (HR case management software).
• Assisting on data clean-up projects to prepare for new system implementation.
• Maintaining data integrity in various HR systems.
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist experience in a service delivery or operations environment highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Customer service mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional interaction at all levels (front-line to executive-level).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and strong ethical values.
• Flexibility to adjust your work schedule based on business needs.
• Hybrid requirement: Must work on-site 3 days a week in Plantation, Florida.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, or Greenhouse.
• UKG Pro WFM experience and knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
