What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee all aspects of plant performance, including safety, staffing, production, maintenance, and inventory
Cultivate a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
Maximize asset efficiency and optimize productivity and cost performance
Lead with vision—drive continuous improvement, workforce engagement, and customer satisfaction
Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team
What We're Looking For:
• 7+ years of plant operations or industrial manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong background in team management, budgeting, and operational metrics
• Experience with OSHA/safety compliance
• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required with relevant experience)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
