Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field operations Manager to oversee the performance, maintenance, and optimization of our solar and BESS assets located in New York and Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical analysis skills, on site project management capabilities, and the flexibility to travel and be on-site at operating projects approximately 25% of the time.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD
Bonus Opportunity: 20% of annual salary
