Represent nonprofit partners at community outreach events, pop-ups, and retail activations
Lead face-to-face fundraising campaigns to raise awareness and drive donations
Train, coach, and supervise a small team of fundraising representatives

Track team performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to improve results
