Customer-Facing Sales Trainee – Events & Activations

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site, Face-to-Face)

Industry: Sales & Marketing | Entry-Level | Full-Time

Compensation: $850–$950 per week (Paid Weekly)

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer-Facing Sales Trainee to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a face-to-face role where you’ll work on live events and promotional activations, directly engaging with customers and representing products and services in a professional, upbeat manner.

No experience? No problem. We offer comprehensive product and sales training, so you can hit the ground running with confidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Event & Activation Support : Represent client brands at promotional events, pop-ups, and retail activations across the Phoenix area.
  • Customer Interaction : Engage with potential customers in person—answering questions, delivering product information, and creating positive experiences.
  • Sales : Assist in driving product sales by communicating value, providing demonstrations, and guiding prospects through purchase decisions.
  • Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador, increasing visibility and building customer trust at every opportunity.
  • Meeting Targets: Completion of sales in line with company targets, both individually and as part of the overall team.
