JOB SUMMARY: The Corporate Compensation Coordinator will provide coordination support to the Compensation Team. Maintain Human Resource Management System (HRMS) data as it relates to the company infrastructure, compensation tables, and individual team member records. Assist with annual compensation processes and other special projects as needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process team member compensation changes. Ensure all approvals are obtained and appropriate documents are sent to team members and payroll.
Assist with the creation and review of job descriptions. Ensure updated information is captured accurately. Maintain database of all job descriptions.
Assist with HRMS administrative duties including, but not limited to, setting up tables, creating new job codes and positions, and maintaining compensation programs. Maintain position data and update department structures in PeopleSoft HCM and Workday.
Serve as the primary point of contact for international PXBP requests related to compensation changes, position inquiries, reporting, and other compensation-related functions.
Assist with the review retail exemption process on a monthly and annual basis.
Prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management.
Assist with the completion of compensation surveys from other organizations using NCLH positions.
Assist with annual compensation processes such as merit, bonus, compensation survey participation, etc.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: High School Diploma
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Post-secondary education in related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 0-1 Year experience in administrative or Human Resources role. Some Accounting or Finance experience preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Knowledge of or ability to learn PeopleSoft and Workday data entry and support.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate level Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Superior organizational skills to manage and maintain large quantities of data.
Strong analytical skills and very detail-oriented to be able to audit, troubleshoot, validate employee related data, and assist with daily functions.
Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members and external clients at all levels.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
