LI Group is an end-to-end solution project management firm that specializes in large-scale rollouts, new store construction, fixture installations, and remodels. We combine warehousing, logistics, white glove delivery, installation, and construction to provide a more effective and efficient solution for our client’s projects. The Coordinator will work alongside numerous members of the Logistics department, as well as other departments as needed. They will ensure that all shipments meet the project and client’s expectations. They will also coordinate and assist other departments with administrative and project tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining proper communication channels between our carrier base, internal customers, and our clients
• Oversee and communicate with carriers while tracking multiple shipments across various modes of transportation while meeting client delivery requirements
• Track, trace, and report all shipments and load statuses to team members as needed
• Document tracking updates and notes within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Support the department by verifying accuracy of orders and updating accordingly within the TMS
• Proactively working with the carriers and teams on potential issues with pick up or deliveries
• Manage, maintain, and store documents such as COIs, PODs, BOLs, costs, etc
• Vet, onboard, and/or manage shipper and carrier relationships
• Take meeting notes for weekly team meeting and other meetings as needed
• Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Full Time Benefits:

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000
