SpareBox Storage is expanding its team and seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Contractor Marketing Coordinator. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including digital marketing initiatives across the SpareBox website, Google My Business profiles, and key third-party aggregators, as well as the execution of traditional marketing campaigns. A pivotal component of the role involves conducting in-depth analyses of digital marketing data to inform marketing decisions. The position reports to the Vice President of Revenue Management and Marketing and is expected to require approximately 10 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics to assess marketing performance, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing ROI across all platforms.
  • Digital Platform Management: Proactively manage and update the content on the SpareBox website, Google My Business profiles, enhancing visibility and engagement on third-party aggregator sites.
  • SEO Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop a robust SEO strategy to maximize organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, efficiently allocating resources to maximize performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Content and Design Enhancement: Elevate the SpareBox brand through strategic improvements in website design, marketing copy, and social media content, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives and brand voice.
  • Reputation Management: Engage with and respond to customer reviews on Google My Business promptly, fostering a positive online reputation.
  • Marketing Integration: Seamlessly integrate new self-storage acquisitions into our existing marketing ecosystem, ensuring consistent branding and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Advanced skills in Tableau and SQL are highly desirable, enhancing our data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Yext, or SpareFoot is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • A strong foundation in SEO and keyword strategy, with a proven track record of driving digital visibility and engagement.
  • An enthusiastic commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and contributing to a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization.
  • Independent self-management skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
