Hybrid Onsite Schedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite to start Monday - Thursday. Friday may work from home
**Purpose:**
Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration.
**Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required**
- Contract's heavy role previous experience is a MUST
- Analytical mind, self-motivated
- Team members are high performers (you cannot hide)
- Organized and ability to solve problems
- Proven good judgment
**Employment:**
Temporary role (~3 months), offering experience in contract management and procurement within a dynamic team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a **contract management system.**
- Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as needed.
- Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies/regulations.
- Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization.
**Qualifications:**
- BA or two years of undergraduate education preferred.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance).
- Experience with contract management/vender management programs required; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
