Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence in the execution of multi-million-dollar builds. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader who brings our project plans to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Lead daily jobsite meetings and coordinate between stakeholders including PMs, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Read and interpret drawings, specs, and construction documents to proactively solve field issues.
  • Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower levels to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports, including RFIs, daily logs, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Serve as the primary field point of contact for the project team and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role on large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record delivering complex builds from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required; additional safety certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction tech platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to travel or relocate based on project needs.

Compensation
