The Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to support leasing, acquisitions, and investment projects across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to transactions, financial analysis, and client engagement, ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow with a dynamic firm and pursue a broker's license.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with live leasing and acquisition deals, including due diligence, tenant interviews and client communications.
  • Conduct market research and support financial models and investment analyses.
  • Draft marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and property managers to keep deals on track.
  • Prepare Letters Of Intent, term sheets and transaction summaries
  • Identify potential clients, properties and investment opportunities for business development.
  • Maintain and organize CRM records, deal files and pipeline reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, finance, or investments.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; ARGUS a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and professional with strong communication skills.
