Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all painting operations on commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule labor, materials, and equipment needed for each project.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest level of quality and safety is maintained.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on job sites.
  • Track project progress, report on milestones, and address any deviations from schedule or budget.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial painting industry (7+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on the fly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training is a plus.
