📍 Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Duration: 6 Months (with potential for full-time conversion!)
What You’ll Do:
💬 Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls — helping with prescription status, payments, and other non-clinical inquiries.
📞 Handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule deliveries and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
🧾 Maintain clear and concise notes to keep the team updated on customer and referral statuses.
💡 Assist with questions about refills, shipped prescriptions, insurance verification, and invoices.
❤️ Support patients with care and professionalism, connecting them with pharmacists or nurses when needed.
⚠️ Report any Adverse Events or Product Complaints to ensure patient safety.
🧩 Take on additional tasks as needed — every day brings something new!
What You’ll Bring:
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
⌨️ Typing speed of 35+ WPM
🗣️ Strong communication and customer service skills
💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
