About the Company

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Manager to lead the management of our client service portfolio and oversee the full lifecycle of our service offerings—from initial strategy through execution and delivery. This role is pivotal in driving organizational transformation by ensuring our services are effectively planned, developed, and deployed.

About the Role

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Client Success, and Operations—to develop and refine tools and solutions that support both internal processes and client-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and compliance service offerings—from strategic planning and development to execution and continuous improvement.
  • Gain deep expertise in cybersecurity audits and enterprise-wide service capabilities.
  • Maintain a centralized directory of key stakeholders, SMEs, and operational leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define service vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business and client needs.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, internal teams, and regulators to shape service design.
  • Translate complex compliance requirements into actionable, user-focused service solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and manage deployments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Create marketing and sales collateral to support service adoption and product launches.
  • Ensure offerings meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage service SKUs, attributes, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve offerings based on client feedback and performance data.
  • Standardize development processes with reusable playbooks and documentation.
  • Stay current with evolving cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Qualifications

  • Strong background in project management, business analysis, and management consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations or service/product management, ideally within the services industry.
  • Solid understanding of information security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to define service or product requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in pricing strategy and managing financial performance of services or products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
