DIBS is seeking a Manager of Brand Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Brand Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young brand in high-growth mode with the ability to make your mark and strongly influence the brand’s marketing and overall expression. This role is pivotal in bringing new product campaigns to life, supporting our go-to-market strategy, executing our creative, building our presence in retail, and keeping our brand momentum strong both online and IRL. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Competitive Analysis: Develop competitive dashboards for NPD, and conduct market research for all new launches. Be the go-to for anything and everything that’s recently launched in the marketplace. 

• Pre-Pro & Post-Pro Management: Own the pre-pro process for photo and video shoots—building out concepts, gathering inspo, and keeping shoots on track and on budget. Following shoots, manage selects and retouching timelines.

• GTM Planning: Drive GTM meeting planning across all NPD—from campaign ideation to timelines to deck building to cross-functional coordination.

• Retailer Marketing: Support our retail relationships, including PIM uploads, ecomm, and in-store asset development, and campaign support. Assist on VM project management and timelines.

• Paid Media Support: Partner with our creative lead to develop compelling static and UGC assets to funnel into our paid programming. Help source via UGC and our influencer team. 

• Event Planning: Assist in the ideation and execution of brand events—both consumer-facing and trade. RFP agencies, manage the budget, timelines and on-site execution.

• Social Planning: Partner closely with the Social Manager on grid planning and content strategy to keep brand storytelling fresh and aligned across channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience : A CPG marketer with 2-3+ years of experience—ideally at a beauty brand.

• Cross-Functional Skills: A cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t miss a detail.

• Communication Skills : An excellent communicator who can manage multiple moving parts and personalities.

• Entrepreneurial : A self-starter with a POV, but always open to feedback and collaboration.

• Creative Vision: A strong creative eye with the ability to elevate and elaborate on the existing direction to keep it fresh and interesting.

• Location : Based in NYC - while we are fully remote, this role will be very hands-on with our photo shoots and will require you to be on site for these and other activities.

This job is primarily remote, however, a New York home base is preferred. The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
